• You love our range of destinations and the exceptional service provided by our dedicated team. While our focus has been narrower in recent years, we’re thrilled to lean into your recomendations and expand our offerings to new horizons. 

• Many of you shared how much you value the ease of airport transfers, the luxury of unpacking once, and the attentive guidance from our team throughout your journey. We think this packages approach could be further enhanced to add even more experiences to your journeys and we are looking at a range of new options to do that. 

• Destinations remain a top priority. You’re keen to explore more of Europe (including river cruising), Asia, and Antarctica, while North America/Alaska is growing in interest. We’re already planning to add these exciting regions to our portfolio. 

• You’ve expressed a desire to explore more luxury cruiseship options under 1,000 passengers, and we’re committed to expanding our range to meet your preferences. 

Additionally, you value personalised service, but also want the ability to tailor your travel packages, and perks like onboard credits. To meet these needs, we’re refining our service and enhancing our product range to deliver even more value. 

We also heard that many of you are booking directly with cruise lines. While we love our cruise partners, we’re dedicated to showcasing how our breadth of options and personalized expertise offer you a more enriched cruising experience. Remember any onboard discounts or loyalty discounts can be applied when booking with us – so do not hesitate to speak to us before you book you next cruise to anywhere. We are here to help
